Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Alternativley please place your order by phone by calling 0845 226 4656 or by post to Big Fish Aquatics, 1 Newtown Road, Hereford, HR4 9LH.

Payment
We accept credit and debit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not usually charge for items until they are ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Payment may be made by cheque. Goods will be sent once the cheque has cleared. If a credit card payment is made for installation, maintenance or landscaping services we reserve the right to make a charge of 5% to cover processing fees.

Shipping And Handling
Online ordering is currently available to UK mainland customers.Please contact us for more charges to other destinations.Shipping will be charged at cost for overseas deliveries. Some products are displayed on the website without the option to buy online, these items usually require a seperate quotation for delivery due to their fragile or bulky nature.
All orders over £100.00 are delivered free of charge. Otherwise a charge of £5.00 plus VAT will be made.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 5 business days . If goods are not received within 21 days, contact us direct and we will offer you alternative products to the same value or a full refund. We do not guarantee any delivery date or time. Goods cannot be cancelled or returned due to late delivery.

Deliverys may come from more than one source on more than one day. Please note that items are delivered to your doorstep only, installation if available is at extra cost. Please note size and weight information, some items may weigh over 1000kg. Ensure that you can move them safely.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you or cancel the remaining order, this will be shown on your picking list. We only charge for delivery once on orders below £100.00 even if several deliverys are made to fullfill the order.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We use a secure server.

Guarantee
Goods we sell come only with a manufacturers guarantee or warranty.

Big Fish Aquatics do not disclose buyers' information to third parties,with the exception of suppliers carrying out direct deliverys. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of your products please contact us at info@bigfishaquatics.com, or tel. 0845 226 46 56, products are to be returned to Big Fish Aquatics, 1 Newtown Road, Hereford. HR4 9LH.

1. The products being returned must be securely packed to avoid damage. We recommend returning the products by recorded delivery using Parcel Force.
2. Big Fish Aquatics does not accept responsibility for goods returned by a customer, but which are not received, unless proof of postage or receipt by carrier is supplied.
3. On safe return of products Big Fish Aquatics will refund all sums paid by you, less cost of return postage. If a product is damaged or faulty then return postage
will be refunded in full (Receipt of postage is to be sent to us).
4. Return of goods after 7 days is at our own discretion.
5. Products that carry a manufacturers guarantee can be returned, if faulty to us or the manufacturer for exchange/refund during the warranty period. All products still in guarantee will be tested upon return.
6. Products that are specially made/ordered, perishables i.e. pond liners, magazines, plants, videos, books etc. cannot be returned for refund unless faulty/ damaged.
7. Goods are not allowed to be tried/tested.
